GT-27 Bar Feed Lathe

The SNK Prodigy GT-27 is a high performance 27mm bar capacity gang type CNC lathe that is ideal for job shops, screw machine shops, and manufacturers with low to medium volume 1-1/16" and smaller diameter parts. The GT-27 is standardly equipped with a C-axis main spindle and is prepped to add up to four live tools to accomodate secondary mill/drill/tap operations. The GT-27 with it's small foot print and modest price is within the reach of single man shops, but is capable enough to replace B&S screw machines and standard 5" chuck CNC lathes in manufacturing operations. The GT-27 features amazing speed, accuracy, and rigidity at a base price of less than $45,000.00.

The SNK Prodigy GT-27 can also be supplied with an integrated robot loader for low to medium volume small parts that can't be bar fed due to their size or shape. Castings, cold headed parts, forgings and odd shapes can be auto loaded economically. The GT-27 is an ideal solution due to its small foot print and modest price - under $100,000.00 with a Fanuc robot.
